Shipping & Returns
Delivery times due to the current Covid-19 situation may be longer than normal (2 - 5 working days). We ask for your patience during this time. Postage and handling charges include tracking number and insurance.
Please supply a physical address where your item can be delivered by non-contact courier 9am – 5pm weekdays. Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box.

Orders will be processed Mon – Fri, 10am – 3pm. Any orders received outside of these times will be processed the next business working day. Processing of your order may take up to 48 working hours. Shipping time estimates are additional to this processing time.
We will email you confirmation and your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been placed you may not cancel the order as goods are often packaged and shipped the same day. Please select carefully before placing an order.
During the Covid-19 pandemic we are unfortunately unable to accept returns from Australia.
We do not except returns on swim wear.
ATTENTION AFTERPAY and SHOPIFY PAYMENT USERS: items paid for using AFTERPAY and SHOPIFY PAYMENT (CREDIT CARD) will incur a 5% administration fee if returned. This will be deducted from your refund.
Only full priced items can be returned, no refunds, exchanges or credit will be issued against on sale items or items from discount promotions. Sale items sent back to Papillon will be returned to you.
Returning an item is easy and can be done any time within 7 days of receiving your goods or if collecting in-store 7 days from receiving your order is ready to collect message. You must email Papillon at firstname.lastname@example.org notifying us with your request for a return within the 7 days.
If you decide to return any item it must reach us in its original unworn state, unwashed, with the original tags still attached. All goods must be returned to us using a tracking courier delivery service.
Papillon will accept no responsibility for the loss of returned goods.
Goods received by Papillon not in the conditions above will be returned to you. On receipt of the returned item(s) we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) to you using your original purchase method, or an exchange for the same item in a different size if available. Please indicate your requirements when emailing us.
Delivery costs and any other costs that may occur will not be refunded.
We will send you an email to confirm your refund, which will be processed within 5 –10 working days of receipt of the returned item.
If after 10 working days you have not received an email from us, call on (027) 274 1417 or email at email@example.com with your tracking number reference so that we can investigate further.
