Shipping costs do not account for any import charges, customs duties, VAT fees or other fees upon arrival in your destination. Papillon takes no responsibility for any charges that may apply upon arrival. For further information please contact your local Customs Services.

DELIVERY TIMING

Orders will be processed within standard business hours (Mon – Fri, 10am – 5pm). Any orders received outside of these times will be processed the next business working day. Processing of your order may take up to 48 working hours. Shipping estimates are additional to this processing time.

We will email you confirmation and your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order has been placed you may not cancel the order as goods are often packaged and shipped the same day. Please select carefully before placing an order.

 

RETURNS (New Zealand customers only)

We do not except returns on swim wear.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS FROM OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS - no refunds, exchanges or credit will be issued to overseas customers 
Returning an item is easy and can be done any time within 5 days of receiving your goods or if collecting in-store 7 days from order being placed. You must email Papillon at dale@papillonclothing.co.nz notifying us with your request for a return within the 5 days. 
If you decide to return any item it must reach us in its original unworn state, unwashed, with the original tags still attached. All goods must be returned to us using a tracking courier delivery service.  
Papillon will accept no responsibility for the loss of returned goods. All returns should be sent to :

Goods received by Papillon not in the conditions above will be returned to you. On receipt of the returned item(s) we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) to you using your original purchase method, or an exchange for the same item in a different size if available. Please indicate your requirements when emailing us. 


Delivery costs and any other costs that may occur will not be refunded. 


Only full priced items can be returned, no refunds, exchanges or credit will be issued against on sale items or items from discount promotions .

We will send you an email to confirm your refund, which will be processed within 5 –10 working days of receipt of the returned item.

If after 10 working days you have not received an email from us, call on (06) 877 0355 or email at dale@papillonclothing.co.nz with your tracking number reference so that we can investigate further.
