Papillon wishes all our fabulous loyal customers all the best for the next four weeks and please, please stay home as instructed.

As far as our online store is concerned, it is still open 24/7, however we will not be shipping anything until we are back at work. We believe the courier system should be left free for essential goods only. Any orders from today will be shipped when we are out of Alert Level 4. Of course as per our normal terms you can still return all full priced items for a full refund when you do receive them. So feel free to still buy from us and what a treat it will be when we can send it after the lockdown!

RETURNS (New Zealand customers only)

We do not except returns on swim wear.

Only full priced items can be returned, no refunds, exchanges or credit will be issued against on sale items or items from discount promotions .


Returning a full priced item is easy and can be done any time within 5 days of receiving your goods. You must email Papillon at dale@papillonclothing.co.nz notifying us with your request for a return within the 5 days. 
If you decide to return any item it must reach us in its original unworn state, unwashed, with the original tags still attached. All goods must be returned to us using a tracking courier delivery service.  
Papillon will accept no responsibility for the loss of returned goods. All returns should be sent to :

Goods received by Papillon not in the conditions above will be returned to you.  This also applies to sale or discounted items.

On receipt of the returned item(s) we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) to you using your original purchase method, or an exchange for the same item in a different size if available. Please indicate your requirements when emailing us. 


Delivery costs and any other costs that may occur will not be refunded. 

We will send you an email to confirm your refund, which will be processed within 5 –10 working days of receipt of the returned item.

If after 10 working days you have not received an email from us, call on 027 274 1417 or email at dale@papillonclothing.co.nz with your tracking number reference so that we can investigate further.
