We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of you placing it. Delivery using Courier Post should take between 1 - 2 working days, anywhere in New Zealand.
We also offer click and collect from our store option.
Returns (New Zealand customers only)
We do not except returns on swim wear.
PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS FROM OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS - no refunds, exchanges or credit will be issued to overseas customers
Returning an item is easy and can be done any time within 5 days of receiving your goods or if collecting in-store 7 days from order being placed. You must email Papillon at firstname.lastname@example.org notifying us with your request for a return within the 5 days.
If you decide to return any item it must reach us in its original unworn state, unwashed, with the original tags still attached. All goods must be returned to us using a tracking courier delivery service.

Goods received by Papillon not in the conditions above will be returned to you. On receipt of the returned item(s) we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) to you using your original purchase method, or an exchange for the same item in a different size if available. Please indicate your requirements when emailing us.
Delivery costs and any other costs that may occur will not be refunded.
Only full priced items can be returned, no refunds, exchanges or credit will be issued against on sale or discounted items. We will send you an email to confirm your refund, which will be processed within 5 –10 working days of receipt of the returned item.
If after 10 working days you have not received an email from us, call on (06) 877 0355 or email at email@example.com with your tracking number reference so that we can investigate further.
